- Install license server.

When License Configuration panel with default license path show, copy

License.conf
MEls32.exe

to that path, overwriting the .exe . That path should be something like:
\\PTC\Creo Elements\Direct License Server 18.0\

After that, complete license server installation.

- Install Creo Elements/Direct v18.1 with the options you need. Check local
host and leave license server name blank when asked.
